What You’ll Do (aka, Your Day-to-Day Awesome):

• Be the Planner: Work with internal teams and external customers to schedule and execute LTL shipments that hit the mark every time.
• Solve the Puzzle: Analyze customer needs and optimize freight plans to meet their goals—efficiency is your superpower.
• Keep It Moving: Communicate with carriers and DRT crews to manage pick-up/delivery changes, tackling delays, weather hiccups, or surprise charges like a pro.
• Build Trust: Strengthen relationships with carriers and clients, becoming their go-to for seamless logistics.
• Stay Sharp: Keep tabs on market shifts and seasonal trends to anticipate challenges and keep freight flowing.
• Own the Details: Manage invoicing, freight classifications, and carrier rates with accuracy that wows.

Preferred Experience:

• High school diploma required; bonus points for a college degree.
