Position: Trailer Mechanic

Our shop in Elizabethville, PA, is where the magic happens, and we’re looking for a skilled Trailer Technician/Mechanic to join our crew. What You’ll Do (aka, Your Day-to-Day Impact):

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on semi-trailers to meet DOT standards.
• Swap out tires, brakes, drums, hubs, seals, bearings, and more like a pro.
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical and lighting systems.
• Repair or replace chassis parts—springs, hangers, sliders, axles, and subframes.
• Tackle mud flap brackets, dolly legs, flooring, rub rails, doors, roofs, and panels.
• Keep refrigeration units humming with routine maintenance and repairs.
• Stay safe and comply with all health and safety standards.

What You Bring (aka, Your Toolbox):

• 1-3 years of experience in tractor/trailer repair—bring your know-how!
• Welding and fabrication skills? That’s a bonus we’d love to see.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Your own tools and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Comfortable working outside in the elements and staying active—stand, bend, climb, and more.
• A self-motivated, detail-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
• The ability to thrive with minimal supervision—own your work and make it shine.
